The story that Russia said that Poland wants to invade Ukraine is a false and baseless claim that has been repeatedly spread by Russian officials and media outlets as part of their propaganda campaign to justify their own aggression against Ukraine.

The following arguments serve to contradict the Russian narrative:

Poland is a member of the European Union and NATO, two organizations that respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of their members and partners, and that have condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine as a violation of international law.

Poland has a history of friendly and cooperative relations with Ukraine, dating back to the 1990s, when Poland was one of the first countries to recognize Ukraine's independence and support its integration into the Euro-Atlantic community.

Poland has provided humanitarian and military assistance to Ukraine since the start of the Russian aggression in 2014, including sending medical supplies, training Ukrainian soldiers, hosting Ukrainian refugees, and participating in peacekeeping and monitoring missions.

Poland has no territorial claims or disputes with Ukraine, unlike Russia, which illegally annexed Crimea in 2014 and continues to occupy parts of eastern Ukraine. Poland respects the existing borders between the two countries, which were established by bilateral agreements in 1991 and 1997.

Poland has repeatedly expressed its solidarity and support for Ukraine's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity, as well as its aspirations to join the European Union and NATO. Poland has also advocated for more sanctions and pressure on Russia to end its aggression and respect the Minsk agreements.

Therefore, the story that Russia said that Poland wants to invade Ukraine is a fabrication that has no basis in reality and that only serves to divert attention from Russia's own crimes and violations.
