MSNBC Host Exposes MAGA Mike’s Blatant Hupocrisy in Brilliant Takedown

MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton did not hold back his criticism of House Speaker Mike Johnson, the Louisiana Republican who rose to power after leading the efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Sharpton noted that Johnson, who is a staunch anti-choice activist and a former lawyer for anti-LGBTQ+ and creationist causes, recently introduced a bill that would ban abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy nationwide. Sharpton said that Johnson’s bill was a “direct assault on Roe v. Wade” and a “cruel and unconstitutional” attempt to impose his religious beliefs on women’s reproductive rights.

Sharpton also slammed Johnson for his hypocrisy on voting rights, which he said was “even more outrageous”. Sharpton said that Johnson, who claims to be a champion of “election integrity”, has been a vocal opponent of the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, two bills that would protect and expand voting access for all Americans.
