It is too late for a regime change in Russia.

In recent months it has been heard a lot in the bloggosphere that it is necessary to change the regime in Russia and even to kill Putin.

However if we assume that this action will be committed by the United States, it must be understood that this falls under the aegis of Title 50 of the US code.

Title 50 of the US Code is the framework of law under which the Special Activity Center operates.

This is the 3rd option available to the President of the United States. When diplomatic exchanges boil down to failure and war is not an option, Special Activity Center gives the president a 3rd option.

In which case to use the 3rd option?

The bloggosphere as well as social media are promoting killing Putin and bringing about regime change in Russia.

However, it should be noted that many of these opinions are expressed from a vengeful perspective.

Title 50 of the US Code and the Special Activity Center are not revenge tools.
They are prevention tools.

Actions that can be performed are for example killing a dangerous political leader before he comes to power in a country. Or kill a terrorist before he kills civilians.
