I think we should stop being gullible in the West and stop taking Russian diplomatic speeches literally. Diplomacy for them is one more weapon in their hybrid warfare arsenal. I think that the day they come out of their crazy vision of the West, we will then be able to engage in meaningful dialogue with Russia.
