Good article however, you claim that the UN Partition Plan for Palestine in 1947 allocated 56% of the land to the Jewish state, despite the Palestinian Arab population numbering twice the Jewish population. However, this is misleading, because the Jewish state was assigned mostly arid and sparsely populated areas, while the Arab state was assigned more fertile and densely populated areas. Moreover, the Jewish population owned about 7% of the land in Palestine, and had purchased most of it legally from Arab landowners. Otherwise that was a good read. Thanks
